He has developed key concept approaches to early intervention of recordable injuries as well as transformative triage and treatment of soft tissue injuries. Dan’s proprietary software is driving the industry to be responsive in real-time to injured employees’ injury and health and is helping define how its customers treat and pay for injuries & workers’ compensation costs.

Under Dan’s leadership, Aegis Rehabilitation Consulting Services has been able to scale its model on a national basis, growing to 50 corporate and field employees including top talent in business management, case management, and industrial specialists. His transformative vision and implementation saves customers $3-$5 million annually in healthcare costs, wages, replacement services, and service interruption costs. The company’s safety program is best-in-class and they are awarded competitive contracts by virtue of their safety performance.

Dan spends most of his time mentoring and working with his 9 children ranging from 30 to 10! What does that look like? Hunting, fishing, camping, volunteer & mission work, playing music, coaching sports, doing carpentry… and praying.
