What happens next?
You will receive an email from support@biovisiondx.com letting you know that your test kit has shipped, along with tracking information and helpful links to guide you through the collection process.
Look for your test kit to arrive the next day in a FedEx® Pak at the shipping address you provided. (You will not need to be home or provide your signature to receive your kit.)

After collecting your sample, simply return it to our lab by dropping it off at any FedEx Express location or dropbox. (Note: You must return your sample on the same day that you collect it.)

Within 24-48 hours after your sample arrives at our lab, you will receive an email notification from portal@labnexus.net with instructions on how to securely access our online results portal and obtain your results.
