With over 30 years of experience as a CPA and CFO across several industries, Dennis brings a broad wealth of strategic knowledge, financial expertise, and healthcare management to our team.

Prior to joining Biovision Diagnostics, Dennis was Chief Financial Officer of two laboratories – Envision Health Lab, a full-service clinical and pathology lab; and Essential Testing, a national toxicology lab that he helped grow to $25 million in revenue. In both roles, Dennis led all accounting, finance, risk management, IT, human resources, payroll, medical billing, and investor relationship functions, as well as all financial projections and long-range planning. Prior to Essential Testing, Dennis was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a growing advertising and marketing firm for over nine years.

As a member of the Senior Management Committee, he established company policies and strategic direction for the company, while leading all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, debt covenant compliance, risk management, human resources, and employee benefits areas. Dennis twice received the President’s Award of Excellence. He also participated in the transition from private ownership to a private equity company, selling at a multiple of EBITDA above current market conditions.

When he’s not crunching numbers and growing successful companies, Dennis enjoys spending time with his two adult children.
