  CHECK YOUR EMAIL:

You will receive an email from SportFuel, Inc., who will guide you through the next steps to meet with a Registered Dietitian to review your results using your insurance. First come, first served!  Be sure to activate your account once you receive the email invitation.  If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folders first, and then contact our Customer Service department at help@biovisiondx.com.

  RECEIVE YOUR TEST KIT:

Once your test kit is approved and ordered by a Registered Dietitian, your test kit will arrive within 2-3 business days at the shipping address you provided (You do not need to be home  or sign for the package). Please inspect the contents of your test kit prior to testing to ensure that no items are damaged or missing.

  COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE:

Our simple finger stick collection process can be done by anyone right in the privacy of your home. To review/download/print your collection instructions prior to receiving your test (recommended), simply click the button below.

*A collection instruction card will also be included in your test kit.

  SHIP YOUR SAMPLE BACK TO OUR LAB:

After your sample has been collected, simply return it to our lab by following the shipping instructions found in your test kit, and dropping it off at any FedEx Express location or dropbox.

  RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS:

In approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your sample arrives at our lab, you will receive an email notification from your Registered Dietitian to schedule an appointment and review your results.
