  CHECK YOUR EMAIL:

You will receive an email from support@biovisiondx.com letting you know that your order has been received and is preparing to ship.  You will also receive an email from receipts@biovisiondx.com with your credit card payment receipt.  If you do not receive both emails, please contact Client Services at help@biovisiondx.com to confirm that your order has been processed.

  RECEIVE YOUR TEST KIT:

Your test kit will arrive within 5-7 business days at the shipping address you provided (You do not need to be home  or sign for the package). Please inspect the contents of your test kit prior to testing to ensure that you received the correct collection method and that no items are damaged or missing. If so, please contact Client Services immediately at help@biovisiondx.com.

  COLLECT YOUR SAMPLE:

If you elected to self-collect your sample using the finger stick method, your test kit will include all the supplies and instructions needed to collect your sample at home. If you would like to review/download/print the collection instructions prior to receiving your test kit, you can do that here:

If you elected to use the in-lab blood draw option for collection, you will need to schedule a blood draw with a licensed phlebotomist using one of the following two options:

OPTION 1:  Stay home and let us come to you.

Book your lab appointment with one of our mobile collection partners in your area, and a licensed local phlebotomist will come to your home or work to collect your sample and ship it safely back to our lab.

OPTION 2:  Take your test kit to a lab near you.

Schedule an appointment with any nearby clinic or healthcare facility that is capable of performing this collection (i.e. – hospital laboratory, outpatient lab setting, physician’s office, or local health department).   Note: Blood draw samples must be centrifuged prior to shipping.

  SHIP YOUR SAMPLE BACK TO LAB:

After your sample has been collected, simply return it to our lab by following the shipping instructions found in your test kit, and dropping it off at any FedEx Express location or dropbox.

  RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS:

In approximately 14-21 business days from the time your sample arrives at our lab, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to securely obtain your Victus88 results.

** If you purchased a test kit with a results consultation, your results email will contain a link to schedule your 30-minute telehealth appointment with a licensed medical provider.
